Hello,

My name is Jan Criswell. I am based in Northeast Arkansas. I graduated from culinary school in 2010 in Chicago and spent the next 9 years working in restaurant kitchens. In 2017 I started making knives and it soon became my passion. In 2019 I went full time with my knife making and I haven’t looked back. I tend to specialize in kitchen cutlery and everyday carry fixed blades.
